How do I book an appointment?+

Do you offer telehealth?+
Yes. Many consultations and follow-up visits are available via telehealth — convenient wherever you are in Ohio.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
A comprehensive evaluation, a discussion of your goals, and a personalized treatment plan — with no obligation to move forward.
Do you accept insurance?+
No — we do not accept insurance, and we do not bill insurance for labs either. Compounded weight-loss programs are self-pay, labs are self-pay, and aesthetics are self-pay — all of our services are self-pay. The only insurance-related service we offer is prior authorizations for patients who already have medication coverage at their retail pharmacy.
How do I access the patient portal?+
Existing patients can log in through our patient portal to view records, message your provider, and manage appointments.
